- Executive Director in the refurbishment of Alcazar de los Reyes Católicos and Bailio Palace in Córdoba, Spain.
- His expertise has guided us on the change of use and transformation of 12+ assets to residential assets.
- For every asset we study, he oversees a complex technical study, detailing the costs and benefits of each potential asset use, as well as how to optimize surface area while complying with building code.
- 25+ years expertise in Banking & Finance Expertise in developing and building high value clients in the asset manager and hedge fund space.
